1. Services

Symbioz IT provides technology consulting and nearshore software engineering services including, but not limited to: Java and Node.js development, QA & testing, DevOps & cloud infrastructure, and team augmentation.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed between Symbioz IT and the client.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Symbioz IT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Code and deliverables produced for clients under a signed engagement become the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the applicable service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of 3 years.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbioz IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Warranties

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
